Ash's real estate journey began in 2003 when she became a first-time homebuyer in San Ramon. Since then, she has called the East Bay home, raising her three wonderful boys and building deep connections within the community.

With a background as a home health Occupational Therapist, Ash saw firsthand how the right home can enhance independence, safety, and quality of life—especially for seniors. Inspired by this, she became a licensed REALTOR® and earned her Seniors Real Estate Specialist (SRES®) certification, allowing her to expertly guide older adults and their families through downsizing, relocation, and life transitions with confidence and dignity.

As a “Downsizing Made Easy” certified professional, Ash specializes in helping seniors downsize, sell their homes, and transition to more manageable living spaces or supportive communities. She understands that downsizing isn’t about giving up control—it’s about creating a home that truly fits your needs while maintaining independence.

Outside of real estate, Ash is dedicated to family, friendships, and personal growth. She enjoys spending time outdoors, soaking up the sun, and unwinding with a great book. A firm believer in mindfulness, she practices regular meditation and finds fulfillment in giving back to the community. She is actively involved with UNITED SIKHS, dedicating her time to philanthropy and nonprofit work.
